He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, drawing on his past experience to give me honest, practical advice. He listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered a solid, quality fence. His pricing was also incredibly fair and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. Kevin, the owner of Secure Fence, was outstanding to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. He clearly takes pride in his work and it shows. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile and pressure washed our fence after the repairs, which made a big difference. Great experience all around. Highly recommend Kevin and the Secure Fence team.

I will never use this company again or recommend them!!!! Here is my story... Before the hurricane hit, we were already going back and forth with owner Kevin. We received permit from City on September 19th. Took a few days to start which is normal. Finally, one person showed up and did some work. That worker would be in our yard for about 4-5 hours and do nothing. he used our water holes to wash himself off also worked shirtless. We would watch this guy through our home camera. My husband and I let it slide the first few times. almost 1 week later, still no fence up. after more back and forth and bad communication from owner Kevin saying he was coming and never would show up, he sent 4-6 men after we called and complaint which is when they came the next day completed the fence in 2 hours. Since the Hurricane was coming, we allowed to wait on the gate to be installed. Now after the storm. we understand it would take some time since everyone's fence pretty much blew away. we waited, waited and waited. Owner Kevin confirmed our fence would be taken care of, 80% of our fence received damage, we asked for the gate and latch to be installed several times so we can complete the first installation. After days of waiting, he came and installed it we paid him off, yet the latch was still not installed. Every day since the Hurricane hit, we've been told we were on the top of his list, yet no one had come. I paid in full the completion of the 1st installed which is yet to be done (still missing the latch), I paid half of the deposit of the damages for the new installation, we have all our brand-new material laying on our back yard, we have huge piles of concrete on our yard. every time I've asked for a new date, its excuse after excuse. today is 10/31/22 and still my fence has not been started. we spoke early last week, and he said he would try to complete the work by Friday and Saturday. Spoke again on early Friday and gave us another excuse. That is when we requested to cancel his services due to the lack of customer service, communication, and horrible professionalism. When we got home, we noticed our material was gone. We checked our camera’s and noticed he came by installed the latch, which looks horrible by the way and took all our material. We called him all afternoon, all Saturday, and all Sunday for him to say he would run the numbers and send us our deposit back. We paid him $683 and he returned $132 We already did a complaint to BBB. As you can see from my pictures, the mess and all the concrete that was thrown away in our own trash area that now we are responsible to throw way plus the other concrete left in our back yard that's still there. I will never use Secure Fence in my life or recommend him to anyone. So don’t go off his amazing other reviews, because I did too and look what happened to us.

I’ve had a lot of fencing built through the years and I’ve never had one that I love this much. I’m so happy I didn’t have to blow up my budget and was able to get something that looks so high end. This fence far exceeded my expectations. I also appreciate the fact they made it secure along the bottom for my little dogs.

We have Secure Fence cone in and fix our fence. A prior contractor had "fixed" the fence after Ian. It was all crooked. We just left it. Then Milton made it worse. We were torn between replacing it with a different style fence or repairing our vinyl fence. The gentleman from Secure Fence came out and advised it would be cheaper to fix the fence. He said, don't replace it as it was still in good shape, and we could look at replacing it if we good another storm. They came out promptly and had the fence back in great shape, just lie new. We had checked with several companies, and this was the best rated and gave the best price. I highly recommend Secure Fence!
