I couldn’t be happier with the job! The crew showed up right on time, and I was amazed they completed the entire fence in just four hours. They worked incredibly hard, especially in the intense Florida heat and sun. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work exceeded my expectations. Superior Fence & Rail did an amazing job on my fence. I left in the morning to go service a couple of my pool clients, and when I came back home, they were already close to finished. I was honestly shocked at how fast and efficiently they worked. The crew was professional, respectful of my property, and the fence looks clean and solid. Also, big shout-out to Matt, the salesman. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail — top-tier service all around!

EDIT: the owner has reached out and rectified the situation. I’m much happier now. We found out about Superior Fence and Rail from our neighbors. The initial process was great; everyone was friendly and helpful. A few weeks after paying our deposit, they came out to begin constructing the fence, which was completed 10/7. This is when the problems began. Almost all of the caps on the fence posts were loose and could easily be removed. There were holes in my yard where they dug for a fence post, then changed their mind, leaving the hole. My backyard was a total mess, dirt, large bits of concrete, all over the place. A bag of concrete was also leaking when they transported it from their truck in front of the house to my backyard, leaving a long trail of concrete in my grass. After letting the company know of this, I was then given the run around for WEEKS. Someone finally showed up on 10/20 to fix the caps, but still no one to clean up the concrete, which at this point was completely dried and killed my grass (my yard also couldn't be mowed during this time due to the concrete chunks). 10/23 I was told yet again someone would for sure be out to clean it up, but no one showed. Finally, on 10/29 the fiasco was complete, and I was given a story that the clean-up crew was showing up at the wrong house, which I found interesting because the gentleman who showed up to fix the caps found my address just fine. I received an email from the company that same day, assuming it was going to be some sort of apology or discount for the runaround and unprofessionalism, but no, it was from their office assistant letting me know that I am LATE and that I needed to pay the remainder of my bill as soon as possible. The cherry on top is now after paying the remainder I found out that the crew installed one of the fence bars directly over one of my sprinkler heads (which was very clearly visible) and now that sprinkler head will not deploy completely, when Superior Fence and Rail was notified I was informed that "at least they didn't hit any of my sprinkler lines." Considering we paid over $7000 for this fence, I feel like we were handled incredibly poorly, and I would not recommend this company.

AMAZING! Best contractor we hired by far. After buying our new house we found out finding a good contractor is harder than you think! Lynn and Chris & the team were GREAT. They ran exactly on schedule, always communicated with us throughout the process & the fence looks amazing. We can’t thank you enough!
