Being at Fern was an amazing experience. Myself and my wife enjoyed every moment. Atmosphere was so pleasant and calming. General Manager, Cody was extraordinary; knowledgable and we praise his level of customer service. He does care for his guests and he made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. In addition, our waitress, Isabella was magnificent. She was knowledgable, caring and she demonstrated high level of customer service. Isabella made us feel like at our home. Such a wonderful lady. If anyone wants to feel like we did, please come to “Fern” because it is was wonderful and unforgettable experience. Forever grateful, Neno and Angela!
What a gem of a find! We had the ceviche, local mushrooms, 8 oz filet broccolini, and tiramisu. Everything tasted super fresh and it was a enjoyable dinner from start to finish! The Burgundy Tombstone was also a great cocktail!
Fantastic experience. Definitely try the Raspberry Wrangler cocktail! (a marg with raspberry and jalapeno) We really appreciated the mission behind this restaurant about where the food is coming from, it really brings value to the meal knowing the quality of the farms that are behind rearing and caring for the animals. Superb wine also, the cabernet pairs well with the filet (which had the best crust ive ever had on a steak). The pinot noir goes with the pork (we also learned about the multigenerational farm the pigs are from). And the fried bananas?! What a way to finish the meal 🤌🌟
This place is amazing!! Truly a hidden gem 💎 I was visiting Florida for a week & I’m SO glad I found this spot. As a foodie & someone who’s been in the restaurant industry for 15 years, I’m a big fan of the farm-to-table concept— & that, along with their unique, well-curated menu, is what drew me in. I tried the Pink Moon & Rip Tide oysters—both were incredible. The sauces served alongside each one were thoughtfully paired & really complemented the different flavor profiles perfectly. My absolute favorite though was the red snapper ceviche. OMG… I’ve been thinking about it ever since lol. The fish tasted insanely fresh & everything about the dish was just so well balanced. The coconut milk was such a unique touch—I loved it. It had sweet pickled pepper, jalapeño, orange, shaved onion & celery, pistachio, red radish, micro cilantro & green oil… just a full-on flavor bomb. Fresh, sweet, salty, savory, acidic— & I really appreciated all the different textures throughout. For dessert, I had the fried banana—soooo good. Honestly, I wish I had more room because I easily could’ve ordered half the menu. Everything sounded amazing. What really made the experience though, on top of the food, was the hospitality. Manager Cody, Chef Eddy (Ed)? & my server Brandon were all incredible—so friendly, down to earth, & made me feel right at home, like a regular even though it was my first time. I sat alone at the bar with a perfect view of the open kitchen, which was so cool to watch everything come together. The outdoor seating area is super cute too. I cannot wait to come back next time I’m in Florida—I’ll definitely be ordering more. Thanks Cody & Eddy!!
Sat at the bar with front view of the kitchen staff hard at work. The chef was so crazy impressive and did not let anything leave that kitchen without perfection. Best seat in the house as far as I was concerned. Great meal, great staff and overall atmosphere was just wonderful. Will definitely come back to this place if we make it back this way again. Farm to table. Yum yum!!
