I really like coming here! They have a great variety of equipment, which makes it super easy to mix up my workout routine. A huge plus for me is that they have plenty of stairmasters and enough treadmills for everyone, so you rarely have to wait. Special thanks to the staff at the Kid’s Club — all the girls are so sweet and take such good care of the little ones. I love that they don't just put cartoons on 24/7; instead, the kids do crafts, draw, and play with stickers. It gives such peace of mind knowing your child will be genuinely engaged during those two hours. The kid's area is well-equipped with toys, gaming consoles, a playground, and even a movie area with comfortable theater seats and a huge screen. Yes, I agree that some of the equipment and fixtures are dated, but it’s still functional. Areas for improvement: - Cleanliness: The showers always seem dirty, and based on the dust in the locker room lockers, it feels like deep cleaning only happens once a week. - Roof leak: As others have mentioned, the roof leaks when it rains. My favorite pec fly machine (the butterfly machine) is always wet after rain, which is a bit frustrating. Despite these drawbacks, I still enjoy going to this location and would recommend it to others. For me, the pros definitely outweigh the cons!
Pros: The staff is friendly and welcoming. Most of the team members are genuinely helpful and create a positive atmosphere when you walk in. Concerns: Unfortunately, there are ongoing facility issues that haven’t been addressed. There has been a persistent roof leak for quite some time, with water being collected in buckets and trash cans rather than a permanent fix being made. The men’s sauna has also been closed due to what appears to be difficulty hiring someone to repair it. For a gym at this price point, it’s frustrating to see amenities unavailable for extended periods. Parking is another challenge. Instead of working toward a broader solution, a section of the lot has been allocated exclusively to a swimming group, which seems to have made the overall parking situation worse for regular members. Overall, while the staff is great, the lack of attention to facility maintenance and member convenience makes it hard to fully recommend at this time.
We just joined Crunch and have been going to this location about 2 weeks now. The only reason I am able to get my workout in and get some me time is because their childcare dept is so stellar. My oldest is autistic and will not return to a place she has a bad experience in and she absolutely loves it there. There is a really nice slide and play area for the kiddos. A theater room and some separate screens for movies and stuff. Also Jocelyn is so great with my girls as well as the rest of the staff. The gym itself also meets all of my needs with equipment, cleanliness and classes available. 10/10 recommend this location.
Best gym there is, Braxton is great at customer service, Jasmine has excellent customer service as well. Really feels like a family in here, friendly great staff. Always looking to help you achieve your goals!
I don’t think there’s a more depressing gym I’ve ever been in. They have all the equipment you need for a good workout, but being in there made me feel an inordinate amount of dread. It’s hard to put into words and it’s no one’s fault who works there because they seemed perfectly nice, but I was so happy to walk out those doors after my free trial workout. Also, I only popped into the locker room quickly, but it looks like they don't maintain it at all. All of the stalls were in gross shape - pee on the seats/floor and tp all over the place. I never utilize a gym for showers or anything other than a pee, but I can't imagine the experience for those who do use it.
