We attended last week for a special yearly pool safety day for children! Our children were excited! We were treated very well being greeted, given gifts and snacks. It was a wonderful experience! I would recommend however a couple of improvements. The deep end did appear to need cleaning. Also, an area of the pool's walkway next to the pool was chipping and rough to walk on with loose gravel/cement. The rest of the facility looked beautiful and very clean! Thank you all!
This is the best "gym" I've ever been to. First of all, it's very clean. Even the showers and the locker room. There are people constantly doing little things in the workout area, too, like vacuuming. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Kelly was spectacular helping us get accustomed to the eGym machines. (They are a fantastic workout and designed so you never have to worry about someone cutting in front of you.) The people seem to be a bit on the older side, but not everyone. I haven't used the pool yet. There are tons of different classes, too. I think the place is very up-to-date in part because it's part of Prisma and there are many people who are there for various rehabs, including heart. Five stars for sure. I really enjoy coming here
I absolutely love the E -gym they have its fun. I love how the equipment uses a cadence system it really helped me to exercise and target specfic areas of my body i experience a full work out ... I was very satisfied
I was a long time member under Prisma (and GHS). Have mixed feelings about the Y ownership. I feel like they could support the Aqua Fitness classes more than they do. We’ve had a lot of disruption in the past year due to the pool heater not working, and it’s still not dependable. They ask for patience but I feel we have been overly patient. The staff is dedicated, but maybe not the Y management.
Saved my life after cancer diagnosis. After treatment I was so weak. It was owned by prisma in 2023 when I joined. Mary Beth taught me exercises. Now I have a plan and feel very supported.
