OMG!!!! Where do I begin? This company is without a doubt one of the best in our Houston area from the beginning to the end! Communication was excellent from beginning to end! We really appreciated the home visit consultation with Reinel! He drove out to our home and assessed our needs with samples and a thorough explanation of the process for installing our hardwood floor. Our new hardwood floor was professionally installed in a timely, respectfully process! The craftsmanship is top-notch—the attention to detail around the corners and transitions is perfect. Fabio and Sergio moved our furniture, kept the work area clean, professionals removed carpet /pad and, installed our hardwood floor and finished ahead of schedule!! Cyndi was so patient and wonderful helping me find the exact right thing working with my vision and budget. The stairs turned out beautiful, and the most important part is my dog has more confidence on the stairs with more traction thanks to the added runner. Oscar and the installation team were professional, on time, and did a great job!
Floor Coverings International installed carpet and LVT at a commercial building I manage and did an amazing job. We are a 1921 built concrete floor building that required a lot of leveling and prep work, but the floors came out great. The crew was professional and courteous to our staff and other customers as we were open and operating during installation. They came in at a competitive price for the job and did a great job communicating throughout the project with any issues as they arose. We are working with them again soon when we have additional work done. The sales guy Chris Aboshear was great, easy to talk to and always available for any questions I had. Thank you guys! Update, they do tile also! Just finished our Lobby Tile and it looks amazing. Such an upgrade and the crew did a great job working around the needs of our business while it was compeleted. We were so happy with the patience that the team gave us when picking and deciding on a carpet. They were so specific with each measurement and detail to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Cyndi was such a pleasure to work with! I sent her a couple photos of my inspiration and she brought over tons of samples ranging across a big price range. Once we picked out a runner, it happened so fast! Within a little over a week they were ready to install. I’m so happy with the final product! It really elevates the house and feels so safe.
