This company provides excellent electrical services! I had a crisis, and was without power and light to half of the house. It was friday, and I was looking at going into the weekend with extension cords all over the place and hazardous conditions. They dispatched a technician right away and were able to diagnose the problem quickly. There was a ground wire in one of the many many electric sockets in the house. I'm not sure how he figured out which one of the sockets were faulty, but I am so grateful for their sense of urgency, their kindness, their trustworthiness, honesty, and above all their ability to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. They came highly recommended by one of my neighbors. I must say I echo her sentiments and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with all things electrical. Thank you Franco Electric! You will most certainly go on my speed dial as my go-to electrical provider. From installations to diagnostics/panel & wiring fixes... They handle pretty much everything I could need in the "Honey Do" electrical category. A++++++

I think I have found an honest electrician. I needed a new breaker installed. I had a few other companies out for estimates that they charged for only to be given totally insulting estimates ranging from $1100.00 to $11000.00. Franco's completed the job today for $350.00. It is a difficult breaker to find, a 30 amp 50 amp double breaker. Franco's called me this morning and said they did not have the breaker in stock and would have to order it. The breaker controlled my hot water heater, no hot shower. I was not happy. While I was trying to find another electrician that might have a breaker in stock, about 15 minutes later Franco's called me and said if I was willing to pay an extra $20.00 for the breaker they would go to the store, buy one and be out in an hour to install as opposed to ordering from their normal supplier. I said done deal let's go. I call that finding a solution and great service! A special tip of the hat to Monty the electrician they sent out. Very personable guy who knew what he was talking about. Monty didn't insult my intelligence once. I would go have a beer with Monty. Thank you to the whole Franco Electric team! I will call you for any of my future electrical needs. Well done!

Carlos came and got my new electric car charger installed. He was efficient got the work done in no time. He found some other issues that needed to be addressed and explained thoroughly. Great team and Carlos was top notch. I am extremely happy with the service I received. I certainly know that I will be calling Franco electric moving forward. All around awesome experience!

I needed to use Franco's electric for a simple job of replacing my front door light with a motion sensor also change two closet light fixtures, two job's took one hour and 15 minutes total for two visits, I was told that $185 will be for the first visit and will be conceded when they finish the job into the total bill. overpaid for the parts and when I check the prices online the motion sensor light was not more than $20 and closet Lights are a not more than $50 each. I was charged $675 for the job. I'll try to contact the billing department but no luck, the guy on the phone told me that, you will get a discount next time.but I will never use or recommend Franco's electrics to anyone. The technician did a great job, one star for him.
