My husband and I recently purchased two advanced cremation plans from Baldwin Brothers. I met with pre-planning counselor Cameron O'Dell and I appreciated all the time he took to answer all my questions and discuss which plan was best. There was no high pressure sales - just professional, clear, answers and suggestions. I feel confident my family will be well supported when we pass, which is the main reason we wanted to make this purchase.

The personal attention given to every detail and question was so appreciated having no idea what is involved. They addressed details I never even thought of and were essential to this process. They delivered a seamless event from hospital to my door out of state. I can’t thank them enough or recommend them enough. I was down in North Fort Myers over the past 6-8 months while my mother was being treated for various illnesses. Unfortunately my mother passed away this past February 2018. We were given two names of establishments that offered cremation services. I remember calling Affordable Cremations at 5am expecting to leave a voicemail with my questions. However, I was shocked at being patched thru to a person named Jeff Wilson. Even though it was very early in the morning, Jeff was very polite and understanding! Jeff helped my father, brother and I coordinate funeral arrangements and a service that was held on-site. Jeff seemed to be a very calming presence during this very difficult time. I would highly recommend Jeff Wilson and Affordable Cremations.

Our experience with Baldwin Brothers has been a great one. From the lovely luncheon served at the seminar to the final "signing on the dotted line", we were quite pleased with each step of the planning process. Tina Fiorino, the representative with whom we worked, was never less than charming, professional, helpful, and caring. We are confident everything will run smoothly and each detail will be satisfied upon our deaths. My husband and I will certainly recommend Baldwin Brothers to friends.
