I have been assisted by Mullins on two occasions and I will never use another funeral home. They were extremely helpful and understanding at a time that was incredibly difficult for me and knowing that they were there to help with decisions and talk me through what was needed was extremely important and comforting. I highly recommend them, they took the hardest times of my life and listened to me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you all so very much for your help and kindness.

Mullins and Curtis Affordable Funerals and Cremation were wonderful to work with. The whole staff worked together to make our transition as comfortable as possible. The venue and the celebration cafeteria was perfect for the gathering of family and friends. The staff were very professional and accommodating to our needs and answering question before, during and after our celebration of life ceremony. Thank you to all the staff

The kindness was beyond any expectations I had. I had already taken care of the arrangements prior to her death. That was also an excellent experience. Brooke was very compassionate and helpful. If you can get your own time together and Mullins & Curtis will do the rest. Thankful for all they did.

I do not ever leave reviews but I felt it was necessary to take the time to leave one regarding a gal in the office. Brooke was absolutely fantastic when I called for assistance. She was extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel like she was attempting to rush me off the phone like other places I had got into contact with. It truly felt as though she cared about what I had to say and that I was not just a phone call of many for her to get through. I just needed some help finding the cremation certificate for my mother who had passed away awhile back I truly was in a panic trying to figure out how I would even get the paperwork when I misplaced it in hurricane Ian and she took the time and went above and beyond by tracking down and contacting the original funeral home out of state to get moms cremation certificate for me so I could get her placed in another cemetery up in Michigan! I am just so blown away that she went above and beyond for us in the way she did. I will absolutely be reaching back out when I am ready to have my arrangements with Mullins and curtis. Thank you so much Brooke for making it so easy for us.

My father in law lives in Cape Coral, while I live in New York, after his passing I wasn't sure what funeral home, or what the process was in Florida. After multiple phone calls to different funeral homes, I knew I was going to pick Mulllins after talking with Jim. Jim was very knowledgeable, and showed compassion above all the others. However the lack of 5 star review has to deal with the women who work the front desk. I was contacted yesterday to say my father in laws ashes were shipped, and they will be sending me the tracking via email. I never received it, I figured no big deal, she must of forgotten, so I called first thing in the morning to get the tracking because I had taken off of work to wait to sign for the ashes. She told me he was going to come today and she was going to text me the tracking number, hours passed, I call again, talked to another woman they were going to call me back. Hours passed by I call again, and a different woman tells me no my father in law is in a box on the desk he's still here. So it wasnt until I called repeatedly to find out what was really going on. I still never even received a phone call back from the original lady. This is the time for a process to be easy, I was told I would be called every step of the way, and I still have not received that type of treatment. It would of been better for them to say we messed up, we never shipped him and we apologize.
