After the sudden loss of our mother, my mom had the number of this funeral home written down with her will. Jill and staff were absolutely wonderful in every step of this hard process. I am so grateful to have had Jill there every step of the way. Annie did an amazing job with the funeral itself. The funeral room is very nice and spacious and has everything you need for personalization of everything. I was only in Florida for a limited time and Jill and team worked with me to make sure we had everything we needed. I will forever be grateful and thankful for you guys. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this funeral home as you will be taken care of from start to finish and even after ❤️ The flower arrangements they have to choose from were very beautiful. Rest in Peace to my dear beautiful mother. Forever missed in our hearts. Thank you Jill, Annie and Team !

Jill and Annie at the N. Fort Myers location took excellent care of my father‘s funeral . this was the first time that we were dealing with a passing of a loved one so I didn’t really have any idea what to do and since the first phone call they took care of every single detail and explain the process in such caring and compassionate way . I felt I wasn’t alone. the facility is very nice the meeting rooms and displays are well organized. Especially dealing with Jill she’s such a caring and loving person. She handle everything with such compassion and empathy up to the final steps of picking up my dad’s ashes. Thank you again. I will definitely recommend them.

Extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Caring, lovely people. Constant communication without needing to call or ask any questions. I would recommend whole heartedly. I recommend people make use of their pre-paid options as my father did. What a helpful thing to have to make things less painful for the family at a rough time in life. Thanks so much to you all!

At a difficult time, working with Annie and the staff at National Cremation N. Ft. Myers made some aspects very easy. The facility is lovely and calm and the meeting room well appointed with visuals and samples. I really appreciated seeing all of the costs and options up front. Annie explained everything well and treated me with utmost dignity. Throughout the process of cremation and death certificates and final wishes I was advised and consulted. The interactive obituary provided was high quality and reached far away loved ones. There were absolutely no problems or issues working with the team and I appreciate the many ways they went above and beyond to provide an excellent and smooth process. Thank you, NC&B

I cannot say enough good things about National Cremation and Burial Society. My husband and I bought our packages in June of 2022. My husband passed away in January of 2026. I called the number on his card and I felt relief from then until I picked his ashes afterword. Jill Eby is very informative and kind. She walked my sister and myself through every step of the process. I felt comfortable calling her with questions. They even called about a week after everything was done just to check on me. They put my mind at ease knowing they will be there for me when my time comes. Thank you so much, Linda Maier
