My mother’s Guardian contracted with this funeral home. Not happy with the service and professionalism. Definitely choose another facility for your loved ones.
Amanda and her staff were professional, compassionate and caring. I had talked to other funeral directors in the area, but Amanda made me feel the most comfortable. I knew my wife would be taken care of, while I wasn't there to protect her. I highly recommend Amanda and her staff to handle your needs.
Paul and Amanda Gendron are amazing people. They are sincere and compassionate. I have worked with them professionally as a member of Sarasota County Fire Department Honor Guard, and when I had a personal need in the passing of my brother. I cannot say enough about the kind and caring nature of this family. They will go out of their way to assist you and provide you with the direction needed. The staff at Gendron prevented a tragic loss from taking on additional grief or frustration. They were genuinely compassionate, organized and competent. Lindsey at the front office went above and beyond in navigating the coroners office and family doctor, to have them meet their responsibilities when they were unresponsive. The Communication with Gendron was clear and frequent. Not in a hurry to go back, but highly recommend and wont go anywhere else for this service. Dave H
Gendron Funeral and Cremation Services was caring from the first call. I sent an email to the website and got a call back in very short order. Amanda was caring and sympathetic. She answered my questions in an honest and straight forward manner that spoke of professionalism. The very next day I finalized arrangements and Mike and Paul in the Sarasota location were helpful, compassionate and direct. Their caring attitude made this difficult decisions possible.
