This wonderful shop caught me off guard. I certainly wasn't expecting such a well stocked colourful collection, tucked in a side street down near the fountain roundabout. A local may know of them, but as a tourist walking from the Station to the Gallery I was surprized how close they were, in a side street I had not yet explored. So glad a friend recommended I go there. And the owner and staff member I spoke to were extremely helpful and friendly. I can't think of a better more upto date Gift Shop in Bendigo.

Always beautiful customer service, very clean shop. Very attentive staff. The young girl who I spoke with Monday morning was very kind. Going in there and shopping was just like shopping with a best friend! And as always, so many wonderful gift items, very good quality. Definitely gonna come back.
It's a great shop to find a gift for your loved one. The staff were super friendly and wrapped our gift in a second!🤯 So lucky to have this business in Bendigo
Lovely range of products however the customer service is lacking. Every customer was spoken to and asked if they require assistance however I was walked past multiple times.
