For my first time at Great Expressions, I was really impressed with how nice and helpful the whole staff was. Big shoutout to Serenity, she’s a real gem! And to the ladies in the front desk, you guys are amazing. Keep up the awesome job! You are the real definition of customer service. I truly felt valued. My only disappointment was the fact that I was unable to voice my concerns with the dentist. Because he didn’t spend enough time with me personally. But overall, this was an amazing experience! I would recommend to everyone to come!

I called in December to schedule a ROUTINE CLEANING for January. I got there only to have X-Rays taken and after about an hour, I was pulled to check out to go over the care plan, which included 8 different appointments and about $8,500 worth of dental work. The odd part is that of the 8 appointments, the cleanings are divided into two separate appointments upper right/lower right///upper left/lower left and just for the deep cleanings it would cost around 800 for both sides. I went there for a routine cleaning. I get that there is probably a process to this, but this should have been communicated a little better over the phone when I initially called. The staff and dentist are nice, but I am not a fan of the process.

I had a wonderful experience with the stafff.. very professional and caring. I was nervous at first but they made me feel very comfortable. I actually look forward to going back. Most people don’t say that about going to the dentist.

Great Expressions has been my dental provider for several years now and I love my experiences there! Recently, I was having a routine procedure done and my provider at that time (Fanny Cuevas, R.D.H) was so personable, and calming. She helped me feel at ease during the entire procedure and I would highly recommend her services as well as the entire staff there. Dr. Fiddler is such an amazing dentist and his team shares his heart and vision for dentistry in Naples, Florida. Thank you to the Naples Great Expressions Dental team for your care and intentionality! I definitely appreciate it!
