I went into the Greenville location the other day looking for a blower and got to speak with Missi the store manager! She was amazing and let me test the blower before I left. It was a great experience! I will be back!
This is a really cool store. I was skeptical at first, but went in to see the selection of tools anyway. It’s at least 60% Ryobi stuff, 30% Ridgid, and 10% Other. They have in store sales that you can’t find online and they get new shipments on Wednesdays. You got to check back every few weeks because you never know what the sale or inventory will be. Not to mention, the staff is super friendly.
GREAT deals on factory blemished & factory reconditioned tools by Ryobi, Rigid & more! Huge selection & new additions all the time. Service always good & they also often have grills, pressure washers, and lots of random accessories. They often have an extra 25% or more off, around most holidays. Today's purchase was a Ryobi 18 volt LED flashlight with rotating head for $11.91 incl tax
Within 7 minutes of entering the store I noticed an employee and a manager surrounded me and I heard the manager say, "Are you okay Michael?" As if she were worried I was about to attack him or something! I just don't know if it is because of the coronavirus mask or what but this was just uncalled for. I actually came in to price compare a Compact Router from this store and others considering this was my FIRST TIME in here! Anyways, sorry to vent but I believe an employee in a position of authority should atleast approach to give a little bit of customer service and respect rather than profile somebody by the way they look.
Went in to buy a saw stand and wound up with this mower..The sweet and so helpful lady running the store was absolutely the best in answering our questions and taking care us..We will definitely be back to her store..
