I want to share that Duncan’s Ace Hardware is more than just a hardware store. Their employees genuinely care about helping customers resolve issues and find the right solutions for whatever project they’re working on. It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service and going the extra mile. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to do business with a team that truly values its customers.
Was expecting a well established hardware store. The guy behind the desk was kicked back in a chair, when I asked him where a specific item was, he just pointed. To lazy to get up and help. When I was paying, an older gentleman who now I assume was the owner was doing his best to tell the two people who work there that breaks over, get back to work, but it was like they didn't care, but you could tell he did. They had to be family members because I would have fired them on the spot. You could tell he wanted it ran properly. I can only assume he spent life building this as store. Kinda sad. Hope his staff steps up and doesn't ruin his local business.
Outstanding customer service and some of, if not the kindest people I’ve ever met.
Nice place to get your local hardware needs without going to Home Depot or Lowes.
Usually go here for propane, always friendly staff and fast service
