The staff is the best. Super helpful and quick to help. They make keys, all kinds, great place to get electrical, plumbing, screws, nails, almost everything you need. I would definitely recommed stopping by and get all of you hardware needs
Friendly, helpful, good variety. You get personal help by knowledgeable staff, unlike big box stores.
I tried at least 5 other places to get a key cut for my Volkswagen and no one could do it. I should have came here first! Everyone here is very knowledgeable and kind! Definitely a great first visit, and you gained a customer for life! Thank you!
Very expensive. They make it easy for Amazon to take over unfortunately. 2 small hinges cost me what I could get 12 for online of the same.
I like the updated glass area and the selection of odd hardware but they are not at all interested in showing friendliness, appreciation for ,or help to customers . Seem bored and at least when I went there, almost irritated to help you . Maybe they are tired , but people spending money these days in a brick and mortar store should enjoy the personal touch of kind friendliness by people who depend on their income from the customers . This is the third time I have had to go there to get what I needed , and always come out wishing I had not had to go ... This is an easy fix on their part, as they have a great supply of hardware.... They could make it a desired place to go , rather than a dreaded place, by just some training / change in customer relations .
