Good selection of tools and equipment, but the staff is rude and not very helpful. I had to do a return on an item which they agreed to do. The guy asked me if my dog opened the package in a snarky way. When I called back today to ask if they could provide me an estimated time that the refund would process the guy in a rude and unkind way snapped at me saying they had done their part to call my bank that he didn’t know who I banked with. I didn’t appreciate his tone and unprofessionalism. Won’t be going back there and wouldn’t recommend it to any other younger guys. Seems they don’t care for us too much, in my opinion.

This place has affordable quality tools and the staff is super nice. However, I've been a technician for years and I buy tools with warranty because I don't like having to spend money to buy the same tools time and time again as they break or where. So I stay clear of cheap tools. Every single time I have had a tool break and take it into this place for a warranty there is some elaborate story on why they won't replace it. I then find a tool truck or another store and it's warrantied and replaced with no questions. That's why I would recommend spending your money else where and not here. It's not because of there prices or staff it's service after the sell. It's terrible here. Sorry to leave this review but it's true. Thanks

Went today this very nice man did everything he could to help me with my problem. He was so very nice and very helpful. Would recommend this place for all your tool needs.
