Love the Doctors and the rest of the staff. They are always polite and helpful. This seems to be the same with all Doctors lately. It is hard to get a quick appointment. If you're sick. I usually have to use a Urgent Care or the Emergency Room at the Hospital.

In the 2 years I have been going here I have been shifted to 4 different people. Only one was an MD - the rest are PA's. VERY hard to get an appointment, even when you are an existing patient. If you need anything in between your appointments, forget it! You can't get taken care of because the "new" person wants to see you, but you can't get in to see them. Also, every new person wants to send you to do all kinds of tests you don't need (kind of like taking your car to a dealership - upsell, upsell, upsell). All they are concerned about is how much money they can take from your insurance company and the out of pocket you have to pay because insurance doesn't cover much more than scheduled office visits. Avoid this place unless you have no other place to go. After looking through other reviews I see that this will get an auto reply. They are all the same! They don't care about you as a patient just $$$$$$

Went here for a few years, recently I have to call and call and call and leave messages just to try and get an appointment. No one ever answers and I have to take my kids to urgent care 90% of the time, then today when a receptionist finally did return my call she was incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional. I do like Dr. Johnson but I made the decision to change doctors after this.

Just today I tried to get to my appointment I called. Them when I saw I would be late to let them know I am went straight to voicemail they called me half an hour later two minutes from the location that because I was a new client that they still couldn't take me for my appointment despite that in the Greenville location when I tried to call the Andover location they picked up the phone and. Hung it up on. Me 3 times. I'm just trying to get my vaccines done before I get my blood drawn as instructed by a doctor from telemed after after a work place accident I'm just trying to get my medical stuff done so I wont need anymore needles the hanging up the phone on someone without even speaking to them is unprofessional and with how quickly they did I i doubt I was the first at the Andover location this had happened to

Everyone is helpful and professional. Easy to get an appointment when you need one. Responds to calls quickly.
