I went to view this community just to learn about the new home building process in hope of being able to come back in 6 months to start the process on my own build. I ended up going back in 3 days and signed a purchase agreement because I fell in love with the community and home plans. Now in 6 months I'll be living in my new home!

Highland is knows for it's qualities and promises that they keep, however, when a buyer walks in asking question they expect real answers, attention, and understanding. Not judgement for their honesty and feedback. i didn't feel welcomed at all. loosing buyers for attitudes is not doing business.

These homes are wonderful! We just moved into ours. Zack was great through the whole process and went above and beyond. Eric also so great and definitely went above and beyond! Thanks so much Highland Homes.🙂

We moved to the town only because of Highland Homes! They had the house we wanted and no waitlists. Mary and Eric are the best! Always ready to help with pretty much anything! We were in the process of buying our first house and received so much support and so much knowledge from these two amazing people! Thank you

The very best part about Highland Homes is Mary Rosales. She works miracles and is very kind and helpful. That's about where it stops. We like our home, but trying to get things done with the manufacturer is like pulling teeth. They pick and choose what they will do and who they will do it for and it takes entirely to long for service requests. Casey came in and did in 1 month what 2 other service guys couldn't do in a year. Then it stopped there... Again, when they refused to fix the drainage problems in our yard. Many of the residents in our subdivision have the same issue, but some of the other builders have fixed it. Eric, with HH will not. As the drainage is ruining our yard, we are finding trash and other debree coming up from the soil. Wish the front office experienced would have carried all the way through.
