We used the services of ACI Home Care for our grand-mum. The staff were very professional and caring. They took the time to understand our grand-mum’s needs and provided her with the best care possible. I recently travelled from California to Houston, Texas and underwent a cosmetic procedure that affected my ability to provide my basic self care needs. I stayed in Houston for a total of 12 days after this procedure. Since I was miles away from home in a vulnerable position, I knew I would need more than a hand to help me with my personal care/ADLs in general and to help prepare my meals, assist me with my medication, help with feeding, and going to the bathroom. I was lucky and blessed to have found ACI, a home care agency in Houston, Texas, that helped me with my immediate post op care needs in the comfort of my room. I met Vivian, the owner of ACI home care agency, and the sweetest caregiver, Elaine, whom helped me throughout my recovery and went beyond what was needed. Elaine went out of her way to meet my needs and she even took my 12 year old to the mall, which was touching as I was bed bound and could not take my daughter out myself. Mrs. Vivian also often checked in to see how I was doing and followed up about the care I was receiving by her staff. Mrs. Vivian took her time to relieve her staff and even assisted with my needs. On the last day we were in Houston, Elaine took time to drive me and my daughter to the airport and made sure we checked in and were ready to get back to LA. I cannot recommend this home care agency enough. I am so happy with the personal care I received and I appreciate the compassion that Vivian and Elaine showed me during my time of need. - Victoria Torres
