We have used Home Instead for a year to help care for my father. Finding the right caregiver took some time. Then Veronica was assigned to him. What a blessing!! I trust her with my father and he truly enjoys her. Unfortunately for us she moved up in the company but has still been there for us. It was a challenge to replace her. They assigned someone who didn't work out. Eventually they sent Yolanda. She has been great and I trust her with my father! There have been some challenges but have been very pleased with Veronica and Yolanda
The care takers are excellent.The tasks that they do help me to stay in my home. The scoliosis that I suffer from makes it necessary for me to use a walker to maintain my balance. It is necessary that the caretakers help get the mail, put the trashcan out, put the groceries away, and bring supplies upstairs. They also supervised my bath time. I appreciate everything they do.
I work as a sales director at a senior living community and Home Instead does an amazing job at taking care of residents when they need additional care. Their rates are also reasonable. Ask for Jamee. She’s the best!
My husband is a 100% disabled veteran. He is in a wheelchair, legally blind, and has difficulty hearing. I am his caregiver, and the VA provides Home Instead caregivers for three hours a day. Recently, I became very ill for two days and was unable to care for him. I called Home Instead and explained our situation to Adrian, the scheduler. She understood the urgency and sent Brenda within an hour. Brenda stepped in immediately, took care of my husband, cleaned up, and helped me during a very difficult time. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference. I am very grateful to Adrian and Brenda, and to Home Instead for being there when we needed help the most. They have come through for us more than once.
The people who work for home instead, truly care for and put your family members first. Olu was always very helpful and a blessing. While caring for my father. Putting your trust in this team of caregivers is a blessing and rewarding because they give their all and care for your loved ones like their own family.
