Room- fine and quite cute actually! Service—10/10!!! The cafe staff and bar staff are incredible and kind! Food was delish and so was the drinks we had. Location-excellent. Here’s why 2 stars though. I always try to meet the managers and people who run the place when staying somewhere new. I met 2 of them on this visit. The General manager wasn’t there the entire 5 days I was there. The Assistant general manager wasn’t a complete joke. She looked unprofessional, didn’t help when I asked, and was too busy cackling with the front desk people to help me get into my room. She also had no idea how to answer the 3 basic I questions I asked. I also met the food manager—she is a gem! Hold onto her. She’s kind, helpful, and actually answered all 3 questions I originally asked the AGM. Overall the hotel was okay if you never need help.

Great service, food and the perfect location for food and shopping! Main street is within steps from the first floor door! We loved that! The rooms were nice and clean, we would stay again. The only 2 drawbacks to the the room was the bathroom light and there is no microwave. There is a cute elongated window that connects the bedroom area to the bathroom and if someone goes to the throne in the middle of the night or early morning that light will make you think you are on your way to heaven if you are still asleep. Other than that every thing was really nice. They have some type of music entertainment every night, games and a bar.

Outstanding hotel - especially David at the bar! Amazing customer service and super friendly. Would def come back to this hotel! The smash burger with grilled onions was great! Prices are super fair too!

Great location and value. Solid staff. Nice amenities. The city sounds were louder than I would have expected on the 9th floor. My only complaint was with how the room was set up. My family stayed the night, all four of us, in one room sharing the two beds. For some reason, whoever designed these rooms thought it would be a good idea to have a frosted glass window between the sleeping area and the shower. This means, if someone takes a shower with the lights on, the bedroom is essentially fully lit. Makes zero sense. I do not want to count this against the hotel in my review because it may not apply to everybody. That being said if Google allowed for a reading out of 10 stars I would give it a 9 based on this issue.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Location is great but no green area to let your pets go to the bathroom. Plus for the price u pay for a room u would think it would include breakfast. But they do not have a breakfast buffet. Just a little stand that seels coffee , hard boiled eggs and other snacks.
