Service and staff are very nice. Rooms are fairly clean, no bugs. One major concern to be aware of — the pool is filled with dead flying ant bugs and other debris. I know it’s summer time and if you have kids most of the time the major attraction for a hotel is the pool. I decided to get in the pool and swish the debris and bugs over to the deep end so my kids could swim. That was my bad. We only swam for 15 minutes or so. Not even 12 hours later my 20 month old son got a bad infection in his private areas. Pus and swelling and redness From whatever bacteria got on him. It cost us an ER visit and lots of pain. As a parent I made the call to let him swim so that’s on me. But please be aware that the pool is not in swimming condition. Other than that the hotel is good. Good breakfast, good service, nice gym.
Excellent Service and Great Stay I had a wonderful experience at this Best Western Plus! The front desk agents, Octavia and Stephanie, provided outstanding service throughout my stay. They were both professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a good variety of options and everything was fresh and well-prepared. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of clean accommodations, great amenities, and exceptional customer service from staff like Octavia and Stephanie makes this a top choice. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit!
This place is amazing. Super clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. One of the best hotels I been in. Traveling more than 50 years. Great breakfast, fresh and tasty. Staff was amazing as well. Joshua was a welth of information and very open to helping you save money then and on your next stay. Room service came every day (stayed 4 days) and cleaned and made bed. Great job to all staff. You won't regret staying here.
Great all around experience. Friendly staff and housekeeping. Clean and updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Strong shower. Keurig coffee. Decent complimentary breakfast. Parking was tight but the desk offered suggestions to help. Easy Access to interstate. Staff immediately responded to a couple of minor issues.
This is the highest tier nicest BW I have ever stayed at. The drink machine in the lobby does coffee, hot coco and other drinks, mattress ( beds) are euro top soft ( not the super plush but close enough to allow me to sleep comfortably ) I stayed here two times and will return again if in the area. I wish all BW properties were this nice. Staff was all friendly Breakfast was your normal affordable options with eggs daily, sausage 6x a week and bacon once a week. Fruits and other snacks were available...
