Very clean hotel. Nice staff. Nice books to conduct business or visit. Unfortunate that no free coffee in morning. They have for purchase Starbucks coffee and a limited menu of lite items (bananas fruit, soda, etc) for purchase. No apparent benefits to Binvoy members. I would absolutely stay again given how nice the rooms are and the cleanliness. Beds have a headboard that is nice for sitting up to read or watch TV. A desk is there as well as a microwave & mini-fridge if you bring your own food or leftovers. Pictures were taken after our stay instead of how nice it was at the beginning
Very nice and clean rooms. The quality you expect from a courtyard property. Unfortunately and to my surprise breakfast was not a complimentary item? Who in the world does not offer some type of breakfast items? Not even a continental... bagels and fruit? Was shocked and irritated they want to nickel and dime you for breakfast. And Starbucks? Who cares?
Room 209 water didn't wanna go down in sink. Called down stairs was told maintenance was gone for today. Suggested we change room but we was already ready for bed and was not putting our things back in luggage. This was unacceptable for the water not to go down like it suppose too. This should have been reported to the front desk when housekeeping cleaned this room. Pay to much money for this to happen.
Apparently our credit card did not go through! ( but we did have availability in the credit ) first we never received a declaimed payment ! 2 when we arrive we still have on green the reservation status , we are tourist hoping to stay a good hotel but very disappointed . the hotel staff just sent a mail saying that they need to confirm that we want the room , we don’t have good internet and also trusting in them like BIG comparative hotel company , if was something wrong they could CALL no just an email with lies ! So apparently if we do not confirm the room they sell to another person , and they cancel your reservation saying your credit card did not go through….
Clean, Modern Room with Excellent Features Had a comfortable stay! The room was spotless and the furniture felt premium. I especially loved the couch with the leg rest and the adjustable TV mount that lets you watch from anywhere in the room. Pros: Very clean bathroom and living space. Quick and easy check-in/out process. Nice gym and pool area. Cons/Suggestions: Airflow: The room got a bit stuffy/suffocating; a ceiling or floor fan would be a great addition. Water Temp: Hot water was inconsistent (just "okay" on a hot day). Value: The rate is a little high for the area; adding a complimentary breakfast would make the price point feel more fair. Comfort: The mattress could use an upgrade.
