I recently stayed here over the weekend, and I had a really positive experience. The customer service stood out the most—especially the front desk staff. I ran into a few minor issues during my stay, but they handled everything quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The breakfast was another highlight. It honestly felt more like something you’d expect from a 5-star hotel, with a good variety and everything fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and really appreciated how attentive and helpful the staff were. I would definitely consider staying here again.
I booked a room with a king-size bed.. the first room we were given the refrigerator did not work and leaked water, we were then given a room with two double beds instead of the king size bed, we never could get the TV to get any other channels but ID and game shows.. I asked at the desk for help someone came up flip the channel and said there you go.. I later went down to the desk and told the gentleman there that we could not get channels on the TV and he said please ask somebody else to help you. The carpet was sticky and old.. the tub had been repaired and kind of sunk in the middle. The bed was very uncomfortable along with very flat pillows and no blankets. .. I could go on... but I won't!
My stay was absolutely disgusting and beyond disappointing. Every single time I requested housekeeping, no one ever showed up. The bed didn’t even have a blanket or comforter—just two thin sheets. There were visible stains on the headboard, which was already a bad sign. The bathroom was downright revolting. There was urine on the toilet and nasty residue all over the tub. To make matters worse, there was an actual hole in the floor. Behind the TV, I found piles of trash and filth, and yes—there were roaches. Also an ironing board but no iron . The microwave didn’t work. I asked for a replacement and was told someone would look into it, but I never heard back. The towels were either dirty or stained, and the front desk never had clean towels, blankets, or anything to properly accommodate guests. The breakfast options were terrible and barely edible. The only positive thing about this stay was one woman at the front desk who was genuinely kind—she was the only bright spot in an otherwise awful experience. I stayed and paid for three weeks, which makes this even more unacceptable. As a Wyndham Rewards member, this experience was extremely disappointing. The conditions were unsanitary, the service was terrible, and I absolutely feel entitled to some form of refund or compensation. I can provide videos as well I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
The hotel is very ran down and dirty. The sheets were visibly stained and had holes in them. The carpet was sticky to walk on. I felt very uncomfortable in the room the entire time and left after only a few hours of staying due to them not having any other rooms available. Location: Close to a gas station and Waffle House so 4/5 for that
I wouldn’t even give this hotel one star, but the system wouldn’t let me post without selecting one. The hotel was filthy. It smelled so bad that we couldn’t even stay there, and the carpet was dirty and disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve also been trying to get a refund through Booking.com ever since, but I still haven’t received a response from Days Inn for the refund. The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would never stay here again.
