I had a wonderful experience at the hotel bar, thanks to the exceptional bartender Brittany. She was very friendly, attentive, and her service was consistently prompt and professional. She created a warm and enjoyable atmosphere that made the evening even more memorable. I truly appreciated her positive attitude and excellent customer service. I would definitely look forward to visiting the bar again on my next stay. Make sure you go see my girl to get you a drink very respectful and great customer service!! 🤗🤗
Stayed for 3 nights while in town for a conference. Without exception ever staff member was friendly and helpful. My room was large and clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was all fresh and and tasty. Lots of comfortable, open areas both inside and out for sitting and reading. Daily cocktail reception with snacks. Hotel shuttle will take you anywhere close by too! Really one of the best overall hotel experiences I've had.
I was able to check in early, the complimentary breakfast was delicious (included an omelette station), everything was clean and the daily complimentary drinks were a bonus. The shuttle (also complimentary) drivers Billy and Shun were outstanding! They gave us a lot of information about local finds and went the extra mile. Thank you so much for a great experience! We had a large group for my family reunion. I would definitely recommend this resort to others.this location was also 15 mins from downtown.
A wonderful hotel! Rooms were clean, breakfast area was clean! Neesha was a life saver!! I needed a safety pin and she was on it!!! Everyone was just so nice. The breakfast bar was a bit meek but the omelettes were good. There for a conference and had lunch and dinner ….. they were really good. The servers were on top of things!!!
This place has great rooms very quiet and easy to sleep. I stayed on Monday night checked out on Tuesday. The job I was doing I had to get a room again so I checked back in on Tuesday evening and checked out on Wednesday I thought I would get credit for two stays to my surprise they count it as one stay which makes no sense as I am three stays from being a diamond member. I called Hilton and they said if you read the terms and agreement it is in there. Who reads that common sense says it was two separate stays. I will be leaving Hilton loyalty as I feel this is not how to do business
