Rooms were nice and clean. Food on the breakfast buffet was really good. Better than average for sure. All staff were nice although I did not have much need for any service. I will say only one elevator worked so there was a bit of a wait at times.

Great stay at the Hilton Greenville. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth, and any questions we had were handled quickly. The location is also excellent — close to downtown Greenville, restaurants, shopping, and major roads. If you’re visiting the Greenville area and want a dependable, comfortable hotel with great service, I would absolutely recommend Hilton Greenville and would stay here again.

We stayed here for one night to go to the book ware house in easly SC, which was amazing and worth it. At check in we had a few minor issues with my credit card because it was out of the norm and flagged as a fraud charge. The ladies Angel and Jasmine were very helpful and worked with us to get us into our room as smooth as possible. The room itself was very comfortable and cleans, the beds and pillows were perfect and I wish I could have taken them home with me. The bar service was very nice and simple but worth it. I wish the hotel itself offered some type of outdoor seating or just a general area to sit down at relax that wasn't the bar but we will be staying again.

REVIEW: Hilton Greenville - 45 W Orchard Park Dr, Greenville, SC ook DON’T STAY HERE: 1. This location does not provide complimentary water bottles in your room. So, if the clerk doesn’t offer, they will require you to personally return to the desk to pick them up. 2. I reserved a corner king room. After about 2 hours of relaxing, I decided to watch TV but there was no internet so I called the desk. I was advised that she could send someone but my room doesn’t typically have internet on the TV. HUH?!?! She offered me another room but suggested that I needed to return to the desk (AGAIN) to retrieve the new key. She finally agreed to bring it to me on the 9th floor. She showed up promptly with a new key to room on the opposite end of the hallway and a breakfast voucher. She did not bring a cart or offer assistance in transferring but told me the old room key would be deactivated in an hour. 3. This Hilton charges $5 PLUS an automatic 24% gratuity for all in-room dining!! INSANE especially for this location!!! There is NO pool here. There are multiple other properties within walking distance that offer convenient amenities including a business center, pool, complimentary water in your room, and possibly a bathtub (missing here). As a Gold Level Member, this location is very disappointing.

My husband & I Attended Lions convention march 13-15, 26: we ate breakfast at restaurant; 2 ladies were especially helpful. Lesley, Patricia’. They were exceptional & attentive to our needs both days. The front desk was just as good. 2 ladies :: Caley (sat, sun) and another I don’t remember her name that checked us in Friday afternoon: overall staff was great and cared about the needs of guest; room was clean , the room was what we needed.
