Had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Bendigo Schaller. Check-in was efficient and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the start. The room is on the smaller side, but still very comfortable. There’s a balcony, though it feels a bit redundant/unused. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a tad too soft for my liking, and unfortunately, there wasn't a pillow menu available to swap them out. A big highlight was the bathroom; the amenities smelled divine, and the shower had great drainage, which made for a seamless stay! Location-wise, it’s ideal if you’re going to be visiting someone at the hospital right next door. However, public transport in the immediate area is quite limited, so you’ll want to rely on driving or Ubering to get around. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable local stay.

Comfortable stay at Mercure Bendigo with clean rooms and thoughtful touches like complete toiletries and a magnifying mirror for makeup. Check in and check out were quick and easy, and parking right in front of the hotel was very convenient. The restaurant was average, and it would have been nice to have salt and pepper provided in the room. The coffee downstairs was okay but not a highlight. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The food in the bistro area is excellent, and staff are very friendly. I use a guide dog and this hotel has always been very welcoming/accomodating of my service animal. I travel to Bendigo a lot and will continue to stay here. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay at the weekend. The room was clean and modern, with a lovely balcony and view. The staff were all so friendly and helpful!! Huge shout out to Misha who welcomed myself and my sister and sorted us some birthday treats. She also gave us great advice for what to do in Bendigo and where to go. Thank you Misha for your service, we really appreciated it! :)

Great quiet hotel. Very friendly staff and cute cafe downstairs. The bed was extra comfy, shower was hot and aircon/heating worked. Efficient for your needs. Small room but I don’t mind and that’s pretty standard for hotels nowadays.
