We were in Cape Coral for a family vacation. We stopped in to the studio and decided to workout here for the week. It was amazing! There were so many virtual classes to choose from, in addition to a weight training area. I did Pilates, yoga, stretching, and barre none classes, in addition to rowing and cycling. So many great choices, which kept it fun and interesting. The staff (Anne and Emma) were absolutely wonderful. They helped us connect to the app to record our workouts and showed us everything we needed to know to get the most from our workouts and the studio. If you're here for vacation, don't hesitate to give this a try. It's open 24 hours so you can always squeeze in a workout!

The studio is always clean, and the equipment is well-maintained, which really enhances the overall experience. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help answer questions or give tips on getting the most out of each workout. The variety of classes keeps things interesting, and I love that I can book sessions that fit my schedule 24/7. I feel stronger, healthier, and more motivated every time I leave. I have been coming to HOTWORX for over six months and it has helped me recover from a couple injuries that I had from other sports. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
