Add me to the list of extremely satisfied customers! I found the owner, Jonathan Zeis, because he did some excellent electrical work on a water heater installation I needed. Not only was that experience top notch, but I learned the most important lesson through that process. Jonathan is trustworthy. What a statement to be able to make about an HVAC provider! You would be very wise to find out for yourself by inviting Aire Serv to your home for repairs and/or installations. I needed half of my aging system replaced and by the time we got to the end of the job everything was exceptional because Jonathan is so careful and detail oriented. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Really impressed with the service I received. From the get go they were responsive, friendly and professional. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with companies trying to “upsell” or nickel and dime me. This was definitely not that. They explained my options and were open about the potential life span I still had in one of my systems. They easily could have insisted on replacing both but they were honest and I appreciated that. The onsite tech, Derek, was great. He was courteous and quickly got the job done. I quickly had a new system put in with no signs of work being done in, or around, my home. Highly recommend this company!

Our HVAC Heat pump has died prematurely after 7 years, during the hottest month of the year. I researched HVAC companies within SC/NC area, and came across Aire Serv of South Charlotte. I reached out for someone to give me a call back. In less than an hour, I received a call back and scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to give me a quote for the next day. Overall, the appointment process was quick, and straightforward. The next day, I continued to receive updates on the arrival time (there was a live tracking link). I met with Jonathan, the owner, who was very professional and knowledgeable on HVAC systems. He assessed my existing equipment and asked questions about heating and cooling related to our home. He provided three recommendations. Jonathan was very thorough in explaining all of the options, and addressed all of my questions. Overall, the consumer experience was great. Johnathan was honest, sincere so I decided to go forward with AireServ On installation day, the team came to my home on time and was very professional and knowledgable. They wore shoe coverings, and was were very careful in removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment. Johnathan was very attentive and provided consistent updates throughout the installation process. Fort Mill County was very pleased with the workmanship and approved the inspection. I am pleased with the experience, and would definitely do business with them in the future as well recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC support.

Quality and professional work. I had a unknown problem with my AC. Technician Jeremy came out and diagnosed the problem with me step by step to ensure that I understood his estimate. He found the problem and ordered the part. I requested the installation for the following morning. Technician Derek completed the install. He was also very professional. He completed the install, showed me his work, and ensured that the AC was properly working. I will definitely refer Aire Serv to my friends and family.
