Really awesome experience with All About Heat and Air. Reached someone quickly, they were friendly and helpful and got our repair order scheduled for same day service. The tech, Dylan, arrived exactly when promised. He was very friendly, very professional and very personable. He diagnosed our issue quickly, was able to fix it within 15 to 20 minutes, and didn't try any trickery with the charge. In fact, he was incredibly honest and fair. He was really awesome and we will absolutely use and recommend All About Heat and Air again and again. We have also taken note of the other service lines they offer for future reference and use.

This was a complete home HVAC System replacement. Proposed work was effectively described & provided 3 options. Work was scheduled effectively and completed on time. The crew was knowledgeable & experienced and completed the removal of the old system and installation of a complex new system in a timely manner in a highly professional manner with excellent Workmanship Standards and attention to Detail. All About Heat and Air was prompt and courteous, informative and precisely on time. Jeremy, the technician was polite and informative and actually allowed me to watch him perform the work (so I could do it myself the next time.) I think the price was high for the work performed, but my problem was corrected within 3 hours from my initial call requesting a repair technician.

I have used all about heat and air and all About plumbing for several years now for issues I had with both an HVAC system and Well Pump. The office staff is courteous and efficient. I am always given a time window which has always been right on schedule. I have gotten same day service or next day on most occasions which is unheard of. The employees who come out are always knowledgeable. They clean the job site when done and walk you through the work. I have found them to be less expensive than comparable services from others. I will always choose them for my house and can honestly and genuinely recommend them to anyone else. Their service is A+.
