We are very pleased with the sales and installation services of our two new Bryant HVAC systems provided by All City Heat and Air. They have been professional and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend. The subsequent county inspector gave high compliments on the quality installation.
We switched to All City a few years ago and have been beyond happy with their service. They are prompt, kind, knowledgeable and put the needs of the customer very clearly first. Daniel did our spring service, and as expected it was a pleasant experience with attention to our needs and no pushy sales tactics. Based on their equipment and knowledgeable staff we have certainly saved money in our tenure with them. Highly recommend!
I purchased a new HVAC unit around a year and half ago from this company. I haven’t had any problems with the unit since they installed it new. I had regular maintenance done by Mike who was very professional. He looked over my unit and suggested I get a special filter for the unit. He explained why he recommended it and I understood why he would recommend it. I do own cats and have an elderly Dad with me so an air filter makes sense. Other than that my HVAC since purchased and installed by this company has been running great!!!!
We inherited a service contract when we purchased our home 3 years ago. We kept All City to replace our gas pack. They determined the correct unit. Offered improvement suggestions to our existing duct work and whole house humidifier. The salesman was not pushy. He gave a honest and knowledgeable suggestion for our safety and comfort. We hired them for all suggested work and am thrilled with the installation and customer service. The Owner came out during installation to personally ensure it was done correctly. This Company is hard working, honest, and provides reliable customer service.
We were able to get a maintenance appointment very quickly and the woman fielding the appointment line was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our technician, Cameron, arrived on time and called 30 minutes beforehand. He explained every step he took and made sure I understood the proper maintenance steps to take between now and the company’s next visit in the spring. Overall, they were great people to deal with and very affordable! *New Review* We had routine maintenance done this past week (May 2022) and had Michael as our technician this time. Again, he was great, explained everything really well and was super knowledgeable. I always appreciate when technicians go out of their way to explain things that I don’t really understand. We had an issue with our unit, and the work was handled quickly and efficiently. Payment was easy and I was emailed an invoice along with pictures of the issue. Will definitely stick with this company and would recommend them for any HVAC work. **New Review** No issue, just routine maintenance. The woman who handles all their scheduling is super friendly and professional and she called about 30 min before the tech arrived. Every tech we have has been great. We had Tim this time and he was in and out, no problem. He walked through everything he did and let us know that if we had any questions or issues, to give them a call. Everyone we have worked with has been really knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company for regular maintenance and for any emergency need.
