I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arnold Service Co. – Heating & Air Conditioning. From beginning to end, the professionalism and customer care I received were truly beyond reproach. I would especially like to recognize Chris, the sales and installation coordinator, and the wonderful technicians Jake, Danny, David, Joseph, Mike and Key. Each one played an important role in making this entire experience seamless and stress-free. From delivering a portable A/C unit to keep my apartment cool while I waited for the new system, to the final installation itself, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care. Everyone took the time to answer every question I had—and even explained things I hadn't thought to ask. That level of communication gave me great confidence throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel like I was an interruption to anyone's day. Instead, I was treated with patience, respect, and kindness from every member of the team. I was also impressed by the respect they showed for my home. Although they had to go up and down my apartment stairs numerous times during the installation, they consistently wore protective boot covers each time they entered. That attention to detail and respect for a customer's home did not go unnoticed. The installation itself was completed surprisingly quickly, and the workmanship was excellent. To say that I'm happy with the entire experience would be an understatement. I am sincerely grateful to everyone at Arnold Service Co. for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive one. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work.

Family has been valued customers for over 30 years. Technician Michael was very professional, answered all my questions, and double checked the HVAC unit to make sure everything was working properly prior to installation. Highly recommended; they're a great company with excellent service.

HVAC system went out and wouldn’t start the AC, David Wolfe came out and addressed the problem for me. He was very informative on what happened and next steps. Did a great job would recommend him every time.

Arnold’s Service Company came to check out an issue I was having with my heat not coming on and when I called Sandy sent someone right out the next morning (I told her it wasn’t an emergency) James was there 1st thing and I remembered him when he came 5 years ago! Same great and very reasonable service from the scheduling to the repairs! We have had this system for 25 years! Nothing stops a Trane and the service is the same today as it was then ! Excellent!
