This company is on it!!! From start to finish. Next day appointment and very professional. They sent a text for the tech eta, location and his name and vehicle information. Hunter arrived promptly and jumped right to work and fully explained everything from start to finish! He truly earned my trust and confidence and earned the company my future business. Let me start off by saying you get what you pay for. With Comfort Control NC you will get a breath of fresh air. Polite and respectful from beginning to end . The work is top notch and yes, they clean up after they are done. I have used them four different times and it’s always the same , perfection. Im hard to please but they succeed each time. You can’t go wrong with CCSNC of king NC. Big respects guys.

Chris came out to inspect our old system as it stopped working. He performed his initial inspection and testing. He found the issue quickly and is was so basic! He cleaned it all up and got it all running again. He even fixed a few sagging lines as he "could not leave them like that as they were a hazard." Difficult to find folks in a trade that care about what they have touched. I am buying my unit from them as a result. Excellent experience.

Jason and Nick were very professional. They quickly identified the source of the problem with our heat pump. The parts were replaced and they had us back up and running. Extremely pleased with service and price! Will now be our “go to” company in the future.
