⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars Today, Kendrick and Connor from Comfort First Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to bring comfort back to my home. Our A/C stopped working late last week, and I was initially concerned it was a major issue with the unit. I reached out to my home warranty HVAC provider, but they couldn’t make it out. As a parent of a small child with special needs and respiratory concerns, this situation was especially urgent. I explained this when I called, and Comfort First made it a priority—Kendrick and Connor arrived promptly and didn’t leave until they figured out exactly what was wrong. They could have easily claimed it was a bigger issue and tried to upsell me on unnecessary parts or repairs—but they didn’t. They were completely transparent, showing me readings and walking me through what they were checking every step of the way. Their honesty, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. I was so impressed with their service that I went ahead and signed up for a routine maintenance program. This kind of customer care is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful. Update to previous review. Correction. HVAC repair started April 20, 2026 Comfort First came back and replaced two large expensive parts. The system half functioned which was deemed good enough for tech to leave and the system failed (again) by the end of day. They came back and re-re-rediagnosed it. (This was the June 19th it is now the 23rd) Technician said he was calling the manufacturer directly and was going to get the part delivered asap. Now, after calling the main number, we told another 5-10 business days. We asked for tracking. There is little to no communication between departments and the customers have no access to skilled technicians on the phone. Our house is miserable, we can’t put our floors down and comfort first refuses to give us a tracking on the parts so we can plan around it. Again this started April 20. It is now the end of June. Beware.
