I had the best experience with Comfort Monster! Alex came out and gave us a quote on a new unit install and was extremely friendly and informative. I was given multiple options on units and felt like he understood my budget and situation. He had a lot of expertise and took the time to explain all of my options. I felt like he truly gave advice on what was best for me. Daniel and Robert came out for the actual install and did a fantastic job. They were very friendly as well and did a great job installing the unit. My house is not the most accessible for the furnace and ductwork and they were able to navigate it with no issues and left no trace of them being there. They were very communicative and respectful during the whole job. I am very happy with the finished product and the out the door price was exactly what they quoted me. I could not be happier with the service and product and would recommend to anyone wanting heating and air help.

Comfy monster did a fantastic job start to finish. Before quoting anything, they sat down with me after reviewing our current set up to talk about the pros and cons of each option. They were not pushy while we took a few days to deliberate. Once we confirmed with them, they were able to work with our schedule and get everything done in a timely manner. They left the house exactly like they entered it and were able to problem solve some unique issues right in the moment. Would very much look to use them again in the future

Had to replace my HVAC and had multiple companies give estimates. Alex and comfort monster was the clear choice because of how easy it was to understand what needed to be done and made me feel comfortable knowing what needed to happen. It felt like I was working with a trusted friend rather than a company.

I cant recommend Alex and Comfort Monster in Charlotte, enough. I recently had an issue where my older system wasnt working correctly and needed help quickly. Not only did he help me find the right answer but was patient and educated me on all of my options. I have recommended them to at least 2 of my family members and they had great experiences as well. They have a customer for life as far as im concerned.

Alex did a fantastic job coming to our home, hearing our needs for a new ac, and providing solutions to what we wanted. The price was incredibly fair and extremely more reasonable than competitors (Morris Jenkins and Patterson Air). He saved us THOUSANDS and we couldn’t be happier. Carrier unit installed extremely well. Friendly technicians. Very honest and answered any questions I had. Other companies blatantly lied, tried to sell highest package only, and charged for items Comfort Monster did not. We will be using them moving forward for maintenance and highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC needs.
