Cool Breeze 1250 came and installed two gas lines in our new home. They were able to run both lines in about day or so and they passed inspection on the first time! When we had a fit issue with our new gas range, he quickly came and replaced the fitting to work with the fit of the oven. Everything is working great and we’ve had no issues. I can’t recommend Cool Breeze enough not only for your everyday HVAC repairs and maintenance but also for Gas line installations!

Changing my review to one start due to their service provided recently. Back in July 2 they came out to address a pool of water in the crawl space due to pump not working therefore not pushing water outside the house. Charged $600 (I paid immediately) to have new pump installed. After the install, tech informed there was no power to the pump in return which caused the pool of water underneath and I need an electrician to investigate. Note, this company installed a new system in my house about 3 years ago for around $17k. So I decided to go underneath and test the outlet myself, I found part of it not working. Okay, good. I found the cause, however no warranty the electrican company that came out during their service 3 years ago. I found the old pump, tech left it. I tested it and confirmed it was in fact, in working condition. So they replaced a known good part with a new one. I mentioned this to the manager, after several texts back and forth, disappointed that nothing was comped, even the slightest bit. I questioned why the AC system would continue to run even though the pump stopped working. Accrued me that the system should stop so it doesn't flood with water. Issues continued, water again filling up. I crawl back and found the return house kinked and old looking? Not sure if it was replaced years ago. So their tech comes back out and replaced it. I hire another company to come out for an inspection. Come to find out, which I ask this before. The system was not installed properly to cut off if anything happens to the pump. So had to get it wired correctly so now should anything happens to the pump, the system will shut off. Shame after spending $17k a few years ago and $600 recently, that their repair and customer loyalty is non existent. I would not recommend them and wish I could have just went with someone else.

It has been 7-8 years since the OWNER himself came and replace the outside unit and I am STILL dealing with his ineptitude. This man from the start did not want to use the same path that the old unit used. He wanted to drill a hole on the side of my house, run the line 3 feet from the ground and cover it with a plastic white shroud on my brick home. I told him every time he suggested it no. Please, reuse the same path from the indoor furnace to the outside unit. He said "he will try but if it doesn't work, can he do his suggestion." Not only did I agree but I completely understood. I had to go to store and I was gone a couple of hours, coming back to him just cutting the old tubing, drilling a hole in my brick siding and had already drilled holes and placed the white plastic shroud on my house. I looked and he didn't even attempt to take the old tubing out. I now have dogs and one of them is mischievous. She continuously tears the cheap plastic shroud off the house and bite part of the wiring. Some may say it's not Cool Breezes fault for the dog doing that and maybe not directly but, if they cared about their customer....at all they would have listened to me and did it correctly instead of rushing to the next customer. I added pictures of the old piping that they squeezed clear caulking goo into the hole to prove what I'm saying. There are easy ways to get the tubing through the hole. An electrical snake comes to mind real fast. I am so disgusted all these years later. EDITED after response: You are wrong once again. I had told you I am able to replace drywall myself so if that's what was needed then do so. There's also no reason you couldn't tape the the new tubing to the old one when replacing it but you folks were so quick to go to the next job you did what you wanted to do it correctly. You didn't care about your customer. You are not welcome on my property.

These guys are awesome! From initial contact to install, outstanding. I'm not going to go into detail about how great the deal was because I don't want to apply pressure to the houses they have to go to after mine. Locally owned!!
