We were referred to Custom Comfort by a friend and we are so thankful! We requested a second opinion on what we thought was a replacement of our whole HVAC system. (As diagnosed by a "big" company) We are so grateful for the peace of mind Tom was able to provide during his visit to our home! He was very knowledgeable and reassuring as well as transparent in his diagnosis! Grateful we don't need a new system and we will only call Custom Comfort for our needs from here on out! These guys are great. First thing that counts is the quality of the units they install. All name brands with good warranties. Second most important is the Service they provide after the sale. The 1st unit they installed must have been a factory dud. It was giving all kind of communication errors and would randomly stop cooling. They were quick to respond at every problem that popped up. Even to the point that they had a Factory rep show up to try and fix this brand-new unit. They exhausted all possible corrections to fix the unit. Still the unit would throw errors and shut down. It became such an issue that the owner made Goodman take the unit back and installed a Daikin unit that had more features. They were pleasant with me during the whole process and kept me updated the whole time. They even had the extended warranty I purchased for the first unit transferred to the second unit at no cost to me. Also, during the whole process of trying to fix the first unit and the installation second unit, there were no other charges to me. Special shout out to Ryan the owner, Katie in the office, and Tom. I got to see Tom on such a regular basis, I feel that he is now a friend of the family. Every business needs Tom on staff.

Great company! I normally do not leave reviews but these guys saved my weekend with my family. Ryan came to my house about 1 hour after I called on a Friday around 3pm and figured out what my AC problem was in about 5 minutes. He knows what he is doing and I will be using him and only him whenever I need HVAC work. When I called he answered and not an answering service. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!

I own my own business locally and I know how difficult it is to find good reputable company's and good employees. Custom Comfort was fantastic. Their crews were on time and worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Installation was exceptional and I actually sent an email to the owner to let him know he should be proud of the people he has hired and the culture they have instilled at their company. Highly recommend and give 5 stars for great company and great workers.
