The serviceman, Nick, was excellent! I have had problems with my AC and heating system for years. Since Davis Heating and Air has taken over a few years ago I've had no issues whatsoever. They fixed a problem that no one else could. They have been so efficient, courteous and their workmanship is always top notch. The office staff is always so accommodating and polite. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to. I'm grateful to have found them.
After having an issue with one of our units I knew exactly who I was calling of course Davis Heating and Air. They sent Alec out and he was very professional, polite and was able to determine I needed a capacitor. Pretty quick fix and then finished making sure it was working top notch going above and beyond just replacing the part. For your repairs or new systems call Davis Heating and Air. My contractor , Austin Campbell, recommended Davis Heating and Air. I have a 30 year old Trane for my basement that was not functioning. Nick came by to service my AC System for spring/summer. He was very polite, professional and did a very thorough job. I feel he represented his company well. I have also been impressed when contacting Davis that someone actually answers the phone the majority of the time. If you need to leave a message they do call you back. I appreciate the courteous communication.
