They offered competitive, fair pricing with defined detail so that there were no surprises! Their installation team showed up on-time; they were professional and respectful of our property. Ken was recommended to me by a close friend when I needed to replace my HVAC system. He provided a very fair estimate and answered many questions I had about the process. I ended up going with another company, only because they could install the system the next day. However, Ken was professional and friendly during all of our communications.
HVAC Design and Contracting is a small company that truly cares about their customers. I have been a customer for several years and have always been pleased with the work done at my house. They explain what they are doing and are always courteous, polite, and very neat and tidy (and this is very important to me.) If you are having a problem, they work diligently until the problem is solved. You are not just a name with this company. You can text or call them and even if you leave a message, you will get a response in a very short time. If you want the very best, this is the place to call!
They were great! They were always wearing masks and gloves when inside our house, but they were so unobtrusive while they were installing our new HVAC system, we barely knew they were here! We have used HVAC Design many times in the past, and will continue to use them in the future!
Since installing our systems in 2016, Ken's team have done a great job in keeping our heating and cooling units running at optimum efficiency. Always prompt and professional with spring and fall maintenance, they provide excellent quality service at reasonable cost.
