The company is not trust worthy. They tell you one thing and then it is another thing. I need a new unit the salesman came out give me a price 11,195. Then he sends someone out to my house when I am not there and with out my permission. And then the day they are putting the unit in the crew that is working at my house tells me that it will not work. Then after waiting all day to find out what they are going to have to do. They tell me that is need A whole new hitting an air system instead of air-conditioning. So instead 11,195 it is 15,000$ . And they show up with the unit it is so big and no told how big it was going to be. I would not recommend this company. And I would not talk to one of their salesman and there GM again. But i will say they have some nice people working for them

Awesome Customer Service. I recently retired and moved to Greensboro, NC from Maryland and was aware that I would eventually need to replace my HVAC System, Water Heater and upgrade my breaker box in my new (34 year old) home. All systems were either original installs or past their expected end of use date. During a recent heat wave my A/C went out, so I called Eanes just from a cursory Google search. A technician was scheduled and arrived within 24 hours. After an initial assessment it was time to bite the bullet - for safety and upgrading reasons. I was immediately impressed with every person's desire to provide excellent customer service - from anyone I spoke with on the phone, to the estimator (Spencer Foy), to every technician and their crew: Initial A/C technician (Rodney Walker), Plumbing and Water Heater Installation (Circ Walker), HVAC Installation (Jeff, Brendan and Moe) and Jim Swaim and helper for breaker box replacement/upgrade. Everyone at Eanes expressed gratitude for my business and concern for my satisfaction and needs. All questions were answered and explained thoroughly and in just a few days all work was completed professionally and with care for my home. This company is very responsive, communicates quickly and constantly follows up. I am completely satisfied and they have won my business. Thank you!

Excellent service, really top notch. The installers were very professional. They made sure everything was tested and correct and working in the most efficient manner before finishing. They cleaned up everything. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. AC went out on a Sunday during the heatwave. I agreed on purchase and install on Thursday afternoon. I had a new system installed and working on that Saturday (July 4th). INCREDABLE !!!

Had great service from Eanes heating and cooling when my air conditioning went out. Quick next day repair was professionally completed by Jason Stockwell, who was thorough in his explanation of the issue and what was necessary to fix it. He made sure all systems were a go before leaving. The cost was reasonable and the work is guaranteed. Recommend this company should you have need of their services.
