BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently bought a home and Carlos completed the air unit installation. Within weeks of my moving in, the unit began making very loud noises. I recorded the noise for evidentiary purposes and called Carlos. He asked me to send the videos to him, which I did. However, that's where it ended. I observed he watched the videos but did not respond. I've called, left voicemails, sent text messages and still no response. I'd recommend going with someone else or risk being dismissed, overlooked, and disrespected by Carlos!
