Horne repair tech Alex Craven arrived to find my AC unit trying to pull him to the depths of the heated underground world. And like Kristoff in Frozen, Alex (Official Ice Master and Deliverer) diagnosed the problem, documented each step for review, to help restore balance. While I'm not Elsa and don't require an ice palace, it's nice to reside in a home that that doesn't feel like one stepped into the depths of hell. So if you value excellent service, and a knowledgeable and friendly repair tech with a fun British accent, then Kristoff, oops, I mean Alex, with Horne Heating and Air, is your rescuer, oops, I mean man for the job! I recently had Horne Heating and Air Conditioning service for my air conditioning unit. Customer Service, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience of technicians Tony and Tim. They arrived on time, were courteous, and walked me through everything they planned to do before getting started. Tony and Tim completed a thorough cleaning of the unit, replaced the filters, and ensured the entire system was operating efficiently. What stood out most was Tony and Tim’s professionalism and attention to detail. They took the time to answer my questions, offered helpful maintenance tips, and made sure the work area was spotless when they finished. It’s clear Horne Heating and Air Conditioning takes pride in its work, and it truly shows. I highly recommend Horne Heating and Air Conditioning.

Matt Myers was excellent at his job and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about everything that was going on .. he explained everything in detail, he let me put him on FaceTime with my son and he was so patient!! I really love that he was not pushy at all, because I hate someone like that! I think he really really deserves a raise, because to me he seems like a supervisor in my book, and he worked over his hours and when he came back to fix my AC he didn't even have any help, everyone else took time off but he didn't! Matt Myers is the best!!👍💯 & Thanks so much to him & to Horne HVAC, & also to Dymon Adams!!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Eddie at Horne was awesome. Candid, knowledgeable and 100% pro. Handled my questions with expertise and my difficult questions like the seasoned expert he is. Nothing tripped him up: A consummate professional. Works from a great philosophical base which focuses on the customer. Very impressive. This is a man who knows his craft. So pleased with the service and response time of Horne Heating and Air, we had someone out at our house in no time. Alex was so nice and helpful, he walked us through and showed us all his findings and making us feel informed about what went wrong and how he can fix it. He helped us weigh the options of repair vs replacement and helped us feel comfortable with our decision on fixing our unit. Never felt like he was trying to sell us or a push a replacement at a higher cost. We told him cost was a factor to us and wanted to weigh all our options, and he did just that. We are more than pleased with the company and our technician!
