Met one of your guys on Friday at a Burlington flood on South Blvd, grabbed a card. Later that day, an apartment complex we do work for had a severe water problem. While attempts from the company that did the previous install 11 months ago, had a spectacular loss of water from a 3 in main. Sunday pm, my contact at the complex called and said do what you have to to get my apartments water. Called and immediately got a call back from David. He not only showed up immediately, he had to get parts because the paperwork from the original install said it was a 2 inch main and in fact it was a 3 inch main. We were also told by the other carrier that it would take two days because I had to order parts and needed a second person. David showed up with his helper got the pipe fixed in 10 minutes. We backfilled it with some concrete and turned the water back on. The apartment complex was ecstatic. I’m super happy that my first interaction with your company you sent the rock stars out and they not only made me look good but fix the issue and for that I’m grateful.

I highly recommend Will M from Jim Dickerson Company! He installed my water heater in record time — coordinating with suppliers, stopping any potential water damage, and completing the entire job in just a few hours. His knowledge and expertise were outstanding. He stayed calm and professional the whole time, with excellent communication that kept me fully informed. He left the area cleaner than he found it and went well beyond the call of duty. Truly impressive service!

What amazing service! I've had the good fortune to have used this wonderful company twice. Both times they came out the same day and were awesome. One time I needed a new water heater. Done in no time. The second, I thought I had a broken pipe under the home and they were honest! They advised that there was no broken pipe or leaks and explained my next options in dealing with the city. Fair, honest, great service, on time and professional. This company is the one to call for plumbing, etc needs!

I needed both thermostats in my house upgraded and bought two new Google Nest Learning Thermostats (3rd Gen). After looking at the wiring, I quickly realized I wasn't comfortable doing the install myself. I reached out to the team at Jim Dickerson Co (I'd heard great things about them) and they got me scheduled for the very next morning between 8-10 AM. I received a helpful text with all the details — the tech's name (Brian B), an ETA, and a link to track his arrival in real time. That was perfect because I have 7 dogs and needed time to kennel them up comfortably. Brian arrived right on time, introduced himself, and got straight to work. What really stood out was how he walked me through every step of the installation, patiently answering all my questions. He was extremely professional, courteous, and did a super clean job on both thermostats. The work looked fantastic. We even chatted about dogs for a bit, which made the whole visit feel friendly and human. It was refreshing to deal with someone who clearly takes pride in their work and in making the customer feel at ease. I cannot recommend Jim Dickerson Co (Plumbing, Heating & Air, and Electrical) enough. Really top-notch team — I'll definitely be calling them again for any future needs!
