We have used Kirkland for over 25 years, and would never use anyone else. We do the Spring and Fall maintenance every year, and always feel better about the safety, efficiency and reliability of the system when they leave. Today they replaced our gas furnace with a very efficient York unit. Very pleased. Josh and Devon were our technicians, and they were great. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job keeping us informed about aspects of the installation and operation of the unit and new thermostat. Tom was our sales consultant, and gave us all the viable options in the very beginning. We highly recommend Kirkland AC & Heating.
Kirkland has been my HVAC of choice since 2008. Although they’ve done minimal repairs my system lasted 21 years. It was time to replace. Tom guided me though a seamless process. He was patient with all of my questions. I took some time to research and decide on the few options presented. Installation day went smoothly. Daniel, Josh, Matt, and Devin came in and set up. They were knowledgeable and prepared for the job. I felt the quality of the workmanship was top notch. They were all professional, personable, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an HVAC company they can trust.

We have had a maintenance contract with Kirkland for well over 20 years. I trust their honesty, service and professionalism. When repairs have been needed, they provided detailed explanation about the issue and a reasonable cost for the replacement part. We have a very old HVAC and we know a new unit will be needed sometime. We appreciate that all the Kirkland techs are always efficient and helpful, especially Josh. He did a repair this appointment, so the unit keeps on working with Kirkland.
I got a new HVAC unit from Kirkland and can't be more satisfied with the install and service. Tom helped me pick the unit was most knowledgeable and helpful. I have had the unit over a year now and Matt, my service tech, is the best. He has come out to do routine service twice and has been neat, knowledgeable, and respectful. So far, I have had only great service from Kirkland. I highly recommend them.
