Brady and everyone at Maynard were amazing. They installed a new High Efficiency heat pump and Hybrid heat pump water heater and Insulation. They had the best expert installers. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely hard working. Thanks again to everyone. Our electric bill was constantly increasing and now I think we are using about 1/3 less electricity since our equipment was installed. Our Duke budget billing that kept increasing monthly for the last several years is actually going the other direction now. Our monthly bill is actually going down. That’s truly amazing. We very highly recommend Maynard refrigeration! There’s no better company out there.
Maynard Heating and Cooling is wonderful. They did a amazing job. There installers and very good at There jobs and very efficient. I would recommend them to everyone. If I ever had to need anything again I would choose them then again.they no there business. I had a heating and air put in and hot water heater. Thank you so much for what you have done for me.You will do all my services on my Heating and Cooling and water heater.I did the Energy Savings Program they where great.
I will never do business with this company again. We had a new gas furnace installed in 2019 by this company. We have been having some trouble with the furnace staying on. They sent someone out to find the problem , only to leave without correcting or finding the problem. I called another company to come and check out our furnace and this company found the problem. They pulled out the tray where all of the parts are to the furnace and it was completely corroded with rust and not fixable. I was told , by this new company, this should have never happened and it didn’t happen overnight. This furnace has been leaking for years! I was told it wasn’t installed correctly is the only answer as to why this happened. I now have to completely replace my furnace that is only 7 years old. I will be contacting the company to reimburse me for the cost of the original furnace. If they do not make this right, I will contact an attorney because this should have NEVER happened.
They promote the Energy Saver NC program on their website. They are the only ones for my area that are on the list for Insulation services. Two different companies with the same person as a contact. Brady was very nice and resposive as I was getting approval for the program. I sent him the report and he said he would get me a quote. He completely ghosted me after that. No response to messages, no explanation of why. I could definitely understand if he had offered any explanation. They are too busy or it's too far... anything. To just stop responding is unprofessional. I'm glad to know what kind of company this is before having work done, but it's unfortunate since they are working through that program.
I purchased a complete unit from MAYNARD two years and eight months ago. They told me last week it came with a five year warranty on parts and there would be $125 service fee and $75.00 an hour labor after that. I tried to contact them several different times to come Fix the unit after they told me about the fees. I left messages with no replies from them after they told me about the fees. I went to their shop and rang the doorbell. I called them in front of their camera. They are absolutely lying in the reply left to this review. Heather is the girls name that I spoke with twice and on the voicemail. It’s terribly sad. The unit has already torn up and now I can’t get them to stand behind their work. The owner also quoted me $20,000 to put a unit in the back of my building and I had it done from another company for $7600 and it has ran flawless. I highly do not recommend Maynard HVAC as you can see why! I knew they would lie when I posted this. So many people have LIABETES. I’ve purchased 4 complete units from other companies since dealing with Maynard. I think he thought I had stupid written across my forehead. I just signed a contract today for another complete unit for a home I’m building. This is a prime example of how companies operate today and I’m so thankful that I don’t do that with my two companies. My motto is “HONESTY IS THE KEY!” Oh BTW, I don’t have to use Maynard to service my unit and get warranty parts just because they installed it! It’s really sad that a company would sell you an HVAC system and treat you this way. I was down for a week. Anyways, onto the next chapter of life, and Maynard is in the rear view mirror!
