Monarch promptly installed a new 5 ton unit for our restaurant! This is the second job we’ve hired monarch for, Andrew and Ambers team continue to deliver the same high quality work and costumer service that has made us Monarch believers since day one! Were excited as Andrew is tackling a third project for us, his creative approach and problem solving skills puts Monarch is a class of their own! I can confidently say that there’s no job too big or small for the team!

Ryan was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to do based on our situation. We have had 3 other companies come in the past and no one ever told us to clean the coils. Hopefully the system will run better :)

Chase was great! Fit me in after a busy day. Very knowledgeable about my unit and the issue at hand. Offered great advice on maintenance that I can do at home to extend the life of my unit. Will definitely call Monarch again 😄

I had a great experience today with Monarch. Our Carrier furnace stopped heating the house, and from the very first call their team was thorough and professional. They carefully documented everything I was experiencing so the technician would arrive fully informed. I was given a service window appointment time and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to move my appointment up due to a technician becoming available sooner which was greatly appreciated. Caleb, the technician, did a fantastic job diagnosing and resolving the issue. He clearly explained what was happening and walked me through the repair. The communication, timeliness, and fairness in pricing really stood out. I now have a new heating and cooling company I’ll be working with in Charlotte. These guys are excellent, and I highly recommend their services.

They were really easy to make an appointment. Arrived at the expected time. Ryan, the technician, did a thorough job and didn't try to "sell" anything that wasn't needed. I felt that he was professional and trustworthy. I'll definitely use them again.
