We have been using NASCAIR since our heat went out last winter and have been on a maintenance plan since. We have been really pleased with the quality and level of service we have received. Today one of our AC units stopped working and within an hour of me calling we had a technician at our house. Chris was quick to identify and fix the issue and we have cool air flowing again! We would definitely recommend NASCAIR based on our positive experiences!

We had an issue with our AC not cooling, found out it was a bad evaporation coil problem. I have a home warranty service for HVAC repairs however I decided to reached out to NASCAIR because I trusted their service technicians knowledge. I’ve use NASCAir previously for routine servicing of my HVAC and felt their professionalism and t technical expertise was the right choice to repair and eventually complete replacing of my entire HVAC system. When they showed up, the crew was very professional and explained in detail all work that needed to be done. They had plenty of technicians at my home and was able to replace my unit within a few hours. Absolutely the best company within Charlotte area for all HVAC servicing and repairs . I like to personally thank Kirby, the office staff and all of his amazing crews for answering my questions and providing such excellent service. I will strongly recommend to ask you to anyone need an HVAC professional.
