Cody & NEXGEN replaced our old HVAC system about a year ago & did a fabulous job. My husband, an exacting engineer, has gushed over how great the system is. We were pleasantly surprised how fast the crew completed the job, within budget & with caring responses to all questions & concerns. A year or so later, its still wonderful & efficient. Exceptional service. Our heater died just before a major cold snap. We were headed out of town and Cody replaced our entire system, changed to duel fuel, which required more work, and adjusted his schedule to ensure we had heat before we got home again. He made sure our returns were properly sized and even fixed something our plumber missed. Top tier experience from start to finish at competitive prices. He will be our only call in the future. I highly recommend Cody with NEXGEN! My mom has an older HVAC unit, and Cody has provided excellent maintenance and repairs for it in the past.
