I just wanted you to know that I am so appreciative of the level of quality service you have provided me over the last six years. This place is fantastic! My central air stopped working today so I called Race City Heating & Air Conditioning and they had a technician at my house in less than 30 minutes. The technician, Blaine, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He not only resolved the issue but also taught me about the system so I can prevent future problems. The service was also very affordable. On top of that, the representative who answered my call was quite possibly the nicest woman I’ve ever spoken to. She made me feel so much better during a stressful time. This was an extremely pleasant experience. I highly recommend!
